The ExCos-P-… pressure sensor series, ranging from ±100 Pa to ±7,500 Pa (depending on the model), represents a revolution in differential pressure measurement for HVAC systems, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and offshore/onshore plants, for use in hazardous areas: Zone 1, 2 (gas) and Zone 21, 22 (dust).
The highest protection class (ATEX) and IP66 protection, along with their compact dimensions, universal functionality, and technical specifications, guarantee safe operation even in harsh environments.
All sensors are programmable on-site without the need for additional tools. Measurement ranges are scalable within the maximum ranges. In the …Cos-P-100 model, the minimum ∆P range is 20 Pa. The analogue output signal can be selected on-site from 0–10 VDC or (0)4–20 mA. The integrated display allows for parameterization and shows the current value in operating mode (it can be deactivated if necessary).
The …Cos-P-…-OCT and …-OVA versions for offshore applications are equipped with 6 mm diameter stainless-steel tubing.
