The prices in our price list may be modified by MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. at any time, affecting all orders that have not been accepted by MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. The prices included in our price list are recommended for retail sale. The applicable VAT rate will be applied to all invoices. MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. reserves the right to modify its products and prices without prior notice.

A minimum amount of €20.00 is required to issue an invoice. For sales under this amount, and due to the high administrative cost, invoices will be settled through cash payment. The price referred to in the offers is the net warehouse price for the quoted equipment; in the event of an order, the applicable VAT rate will be applied to the net price. Offers are binding and their conditions will remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in the offer. Until the offer is confirmed with an official order, any quoted material listed as stock is not reserved; therefore, the products may be sold to a third party at any time, and MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. does not guarantee stock availability during the validity period of an offer.

All goods will be shipped freight collect; we kindly ask that the customer indicates the carrier in their order. Exceptionally, MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. may cover the shipping costs, always by prior agreement with the local sales manager, with the following excluded from MORGUI CLIMA, S.L.-covered shipping costs, regardless of their amount: piping, filter blankets, filter foam, and any bulky, low-value material.

Any claim regarding the condition of the material will only be addressed by MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. if the customer has submitted the corresponding claim to the carrier at the time of receipt. If MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. arranges the transport, the company reserves the right to choose the transport method, agency, or carrier. MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is not responsible for delivery delays due to holiday periods, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The prices indicated in our price list are for unpackaged products, and exceptionally MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. will cover the packaging cost, always by prior agreement with the local sales manager. For exports and shipments to the Canary Islands and Andorra, the terms are Incoterms 2000 EXW from the MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. warehouse. That is, MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. makes the goods available to the buyer at our facilities/factory/warehouse. All costs from that point forward are borne by the buyer.

For imported products, the shipping cost from the supplier, factory, or distributor to MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is not included in the price indicated in the product price list or in the unit price offered. In the case of freight collect shipments, the risk of loss and damage to equipment/materials transfers to the customer once the material has left our facilities.

When the customer receives the goods, it is their responsibility to accept the shipment, inspect it, and confirm that the units are correct, that the package is not externally damaged, and that the material is in good condition and technically compliant with the accepted order and the delivery note. MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. also recommends that, before using, installing, or reshipping the material, the customer carefully inspects the materials again. If the material is damaged, it must be reported in writing (email, fax, or certified letter) to MORGUI CLIMA, S.L.

Any special packaging requested by the customer will be invoiced to their account. The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts with factory-origin defects. MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.

Confirmation of a telephone order via e-mail, or written document is required for its acceptance. For orders of special materials, a percentage payment of the order amount must be made in advance, which is an essential condition to process the order with the factory.

The first transaction will always be made in cash and before the delivery of the material. If the material is not available in stock or is of special construction, payment must be made before the product is manufactured. No changes to the agreed payment method between MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. and the customer will be accepted once the material has been invoiced. Likewise, any costs arising from non-payments not attributable to an error by MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. must be fully borne by the customer.

The delivery time for materials not available in our stock will always be approximate. MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is not responsible for any delays during the transportation of the goods.

No returns of special-manufactured material will be accepted. Returns of stock material will not be accepted without prior written communication and/or telephone confirmation with our local sales manager. Returns must be accompanied by the following documentation: delivery note number and invoice number, if applicable.

The shipping costs for returned material will always be borne by the customer. Materials will be reimbursed according to the condition of the material at the time of receipt in our warehouses, with MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. reserving the right to determine the reimbursement amount. Used, connected, or installed materials will not be accepted.

In case of nonconformity, the customer may collect the material within three months from the delivery date; otherwise, after this period, MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. may dispose of the material at its discretion. The shipping costs for returned material will always be borne by the customer.

Commissioning is not included in the price of the equipment. Please consult us for the prices of installation accessories if they are not included in the offer. A supplementary quote to this offer must be requested if any type of certification of these equipment by an external company to MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is required. Certificates must be requested prior to manufacturing. The type and wording of the certificates, as well as their traceability, are subject to applicable regulations, the manufacturer’s internal regulations, and the internal regulations of the certifying laboratory.
